One of the assessments of damage caused by the earthquake was the development of a fragility curve that can be formed by empirical methods based on the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) procedure with log it, pro bit and complementary log-log link functions. This study used data from 9 sub-regencies to identify light, medium and heavy damage levels. Data processing uses ArcGIS and MATLAB software based on data obtained from secondary data survey results and USGS Earthquakes. One of the resulting seismic fragility curves, the pro bit link model, gives a high probability at low and medium PGA intensities for light, medium and heavy damage. The logit link model provides a high probability of high PGA intensities for light, medium, and heavy damage. On the basis of the goodness of fit measurement results, the link pro bit model has the smallest standardized residual error value, which shows the best model of the method because probit has values of 20.16%, 21.12%, and 21.83% in DS1, DS2, and DS3 compared to the link logit and complementary clog-log models.
2024-03-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Authors https://journal.srnintellectual.com/index.php/ijgoia/article/view/344 Development of Conceptual Framework of User Decision Making on Purchasing Running Shoes through Ergo-Aesthetic Value on Sight Behavioral Assessment 2024-08-15T05:47:41+00:00 Zazarida Rifin zazaizham@gmail.com Khairul Aidil Azlin Abd. For this study, it should be noted that deviations in ergonomics and aesthetics are inevitable as human behavior and cultural experience change constantly. Nevertheless, applying ergonomics and aesthetics through behavior evaluation inside a design process can significantly improve the created item's visual appearance and comfort level. Moreover, culture and behavior will affect the product's visual assessment and the design's final quality. Therefore, the user's sight behavior is an important factor in judging the ergonomics and aesthetics of the running shoe selection. According to this paper, user decision-making will influence the purchase of suitable running shoes. Therefore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers face difficulty purchasing suitable running shoes in stores, malls, or shoe outlets. This dilemma might influence a consumer to make their decision making to choose suitable running shoes in a very short time. The uncommon ground between ergonomics and aesthetics may become an unpleasant medium for designers to use in terms of ergonomic and aesthetic values in each design process. This dilemma may result in ineffective design process flow, increasing the cost of developing a certain product.
2024-03-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Authors https://journal.srnintellectual.com/index.php/ijgoia/article/view/345 Exploring the Impact of Packaging Design on Consumer Purchase Behavior for Northeastern Cereal Agricultural Products 2024-08-15T06:08:19+00:00 Tu Ling 674657159@qq.com Khairun Nisa Mustaffa Halabi khairun.mustaffa@city.edu.my
This study endeavors to unravel the intricate relationship between packaging design and consumer behavior in the context of Northeastern cereal agricultural products. Focusing on the vibrant region of Song Yuan, Jilin, China, the study employs a multi-method approach encompassing fieldwork observations, content analysis, and consumer surveys. The investigation unfolds in three key dimensions: evaluating current packaging designs, understanding consumer perspectives, and gauging the acceptance of alternative designs. The findings reveal four distinct models of packaging design, each resonating differently with consumers. Traditional motifs evoke a sense of authenticity, while modern graphics enhance visual appeal and information communication. Consistency with brand identity instills trust, and informative packaging aids in informed purchase decisions. Additionally, the introduction of alternative designs presents an exciting prospect, especially among younger demographics, signifying a potential shift in consumer preferences. This research contributes a nuanced understanding of the pivotal role packaging design plays in shaping consumer choices for Northeastern cereal agricultural products. It contains various polyphenols, including catching, renowned for its excellent ant oxidative properties. Supercritical carbon dioxide (SFE-CO2) is a green technology that preserves bioactive components while facilitating extraction. This study employed SFE-CO2 to investigate the catching extraction from different size ranges of M. paradisiacal inflorescences at different extraction parameters. The plant matrices (450 - 600 µm, 600 - 850 µm, and 850 µm - 1600μm) were extracted under different temperatures (40°C and 60°C) and pressures (25MPa and 45MPa), with a constant supercritical CO2 fluid and 50% (v/v) ethanol co-solvent flowed at 4 mL/min. Data were analyzed using ANOVA in Minitab Software. The results indicated that the smallest particles (450 - 600 µm) exhibited the highest total oil extraction yield (29.40 ± 7.95%) at 60°C; 45 M Pa, while 850 µm - 1600μm particles had the least (9.54 ± 1.60%) at 40°C; 45MPa. Extraction efficacy of SFE-CO2 at 45MPa; 60°C demonstrated a comparable effect (p > 0.05) to the 10-hour Sox let extraction. Smaller plant matrices exhibited higher catching content at 40°C and 45 M Pa, particularly 81.51 ± 1.11 mg (450 - 600 µm). Increased total catching content correlated with higher DPPH radical scavenging activity. Kinetic modeling revealed that 93% to 95% of the catching extraction from the plant matrix followed a first-order kinetic model. In conclusion, the smallest plant matrix (450 - 600 µm) exhibited the highest catching yield and ant oxidative activity when extracted at 45MPa and 40°C.
2024-08-15T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Authors https://journal.srnintellectual.com/index.php/ijgoia/article/view/347 The Impact of Environmental Performance, Corporate Governance, and Financial Performance on the Disclosure of Carbon Emissions 2024-08-15T08:48:48+00:00 Siti Asiah Murni sitiasiahmurni@gmail.com Teguh Wijayanto teguhwijayanto21@gmail.com Nur Fajrih Asyik nurfadjrih@stiesia.ac.id
One of the primary contributors to global climate change that may threaten human survival is carbon emissions. As a result, businesses must consider how their actions including carbon emissions affect the environment.
